The U7+ is led by two governing bodies: The Presidential Steering Committee and the Bureau. These bodies are headed by an elected Chair, the University of Toronto, from 2022 and until 2025.
A General Secretariat is responsible for coordinating and organizing work within the Alliance. It is hosted by Université Côte d’Azur since July 2024 and until July 2027.
